Barry Neagle is a proven business professional who is dedicating this part of his career to helping business owners be more effective in running their businesses. After thirty-one years in management and executive positions at IBM, in Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Human Resources, working with leaders of small and medium organizations, Barry has learned to see through the clutter of business strategies to find the few critical success factors that make a difference. By working with small business clients his entire career, he has learned to help the business owner focus their energy, people and money in the right areas to make sure their objectives are met... whether it's more revenue, better sales and marketing programs, improved customer satisfaction, increased employee morale, or simply more time to get to the golf course. Barry has a knack for seeing the most important success factors for an organization and setting up processes that ensure focus is directed at the organization’s objectives.

He is a graduate of Brown University and has an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a former consultant for Ernst & Young. Mr. Neagle also serves on local non-profit boards, and has conducted seminars on business planning and time management.
