leaders to develop action plans, complete with target dates and assignment to
the right individual. Finally, he sets up a management review process that is
designed to help the owner make sure that the actions are getting done that

Ongoing Mentoring and Implementation
Perhaps the most
common weakness of small businesses is that they cant progress on their
business plans. Life gets in the way. Employee issues, customer issues, even
family issues come up and the best laid plans seem to get set
aside. With Barrys ongoing coaching sessions, (usually weekly or monthly)
